Data Deletion

1. Introduction

MahutoBulk is operated by Ultraincrement Technologies, based in Sumbawanga, Rukwa, Tanzania. We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your personal data from MahutoBulk at any time, as described on this page.

2. What Data We Hold

Depending on how you use MahutoBulk, we may hold the following data about you:

  • Account details — name, email, phone number, and business name.
  • Contacts and contact groups you have uploaded for your own SMS campaigns.
  • Message templates, campaign content, and delivery reports.
  • WhatsApp Business account and phone number IDs, and data received through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • Billing and invoice records.

3. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us:

  • Send an email to info@ultraincrementtechnologies.co.tz with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  • Send the request from the email address registered on your account, and include the account email or phone number and your business name.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deleting any data.

4. Deleting Data Received via Meta/WhatsApp

If you connected MahutoBulk to WhatsApp through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, you can also remove MahutoBulk’s access directly from your Meta Business settings: go to Business Settings → Integrations/Apps and disconnect MahutoBulk. After disconnecting, email us using the steps above so we can delete the data we have already received from Meta on your behalf.

5. What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt by email. We will then delete or anonymise your account data within 30 days, and send you a confirmation email once this is complete.

6. What We May Keep

Even after a deletion request, we may retain:

  • Invoices and payment records required under Tanzanian tax law — kept only for the legally required retention period, then deleted.
  • Anonymised aggregate statistics that contain no personal identifiers.
